IV RIMEDEC will bring together students, faculty, researchers, professionals, management staff and institutions interested in mentoring and competency development. The congress approach integrates academic mentoring, professional mentoring and lifelong mentoring.
The academic proposal articulates these dimensions throughout the life cycle, placing its epicenter in the university stage and in its connection with professional and social development.
